For lack of anything out there to the contrary, I'm assuming that a pdf file is the surest way to prepare text for viewing on a pda or other palm-sized screen.
Now I have to work out a good way to accept payment and secure privacy, and we'll be in business with the urology book.
Today I finished my assignments for my cousin Marv's second edition of the Yosemite Gazette. I wrote stories about Priest Station (a new rest stop coming to Big Oak Flat), the search for the source of obsidian near Bower Cave, a shortening and editing of a historical account of the lodging industry in Yosemite, and a short piece on the earliest human habitation in Yosemite. Spent a total of about 4-5 hours.
Marv says he's not losing as much on the second edition as he did with the first one, so I'm supposed to bill him this time around. If he keeps this up, he might even hit break-even by the end of the year.
