Back to 1907

The Cubs in 1907
I've been having an interesting email conversation with John Peldyak about a book he's working on with two authors. I was just chatting with him, but now it seems he may want some of my services. The book turns out to be a nasty novel about the Chicago Cubs in 1907. They won the World Series back in 1908 and haven't managed that feat since then.

Urology guide
Jeff Wieder has some good news for me. He's finally received the official order for 7,000 books, plus 1,000 that he wants for himself. He sent me the correct amount for 1,500, the quantity we were talking about most recently. I told him I'd send him the difference, but then he said he was getting the "big" order and to hold the "extra" money for a few days.

My bank account
So now my bank account is bulging. That's nice, but what about tax day? No bulge in income goes unnoticed by the IRS...

Computer woes
My computer is working fine at the moment. It seems to be okay after I shut it down for a while and then turn it back on. Then the popup ads start to appear, and before long the program I need is no longer working. I hope Jason at Throck has time to work on it today.
